Definition of Terms

Our reference term “ISO Tank container” refers to both non- UN Portable T Code tank containers and UN Portable T Code tank containers. Specifically, we are mostly using UN Portable T Code T11 tank examples throughout our platform.

Other types of tanks not under UN Portable T Code T11 specifications will be clearly defined in those assets as presented. (e.g. UN Portable T Code T1-T10, T12-T22, T50, T75 and Non T Code tanks).

Any text terms using “Dangerous Goods” or “Non-Dangerous Good” with reference in text on this site are mostly referring to UN Classified “Regulated” goods and “Non-Regulated good” as per outlined and defined under Section 2 of the UN IMDG Code regulations and the “UN Transport of Dangerous Good, Model Regulations”. Further detail around these requirements can be found under the IMO Publication of the current IMDG Code regulations at this link

We endeavour to always use most up to date versions of these regulations within our reference material. (Current version mandatory as of 1st January 2024, IMDG Code 41-22)

Training Seminars, On-line and Classroom Sessions. Terms and Conditions

Session recordings, photos, screen capture, downloading and content copying and capture in any form is strictly prohibited unless agreed to in writing by Xtec Asia Pte. Ltd. / Xtec Digital prior to all sessions.

We may at time share private login weblinks and other format forms to training material and training assets to subscribers and seminar session attendees and company representatives. In such cases by accessing this material you agree to be bound by these Training Seminars On-line and Classroom Sessions, Terms and Conditions as outlined herein.

For seminar session that are limited to attendee numbers as specified in the booking or subscription forms and agreements, shall not exceed the agreed numbers unless agreed to in writing by Xtec Asia Pte. Ltd. / Xtec Digital prior to the session. 

Should attendee numbers exceed beyond the numbers within the subscription or booking agreement without notice, you agree to fully reimburse Xtec Asia Pte. Ltd. / Xtec Digital at a minimum attendee seat fee of USD150 per additional attendee, or other fees as we may see fit to apply. 

The term “Sharing” includes but not limited to laptop or computer screen sharing either directly or indirectly, through screen projections systems or any other methods of media capture, transfer and sharing. 

We may share session recordings or specific content on request at our discretion. Depending on content, some fees may apply.

Course content many be adjusted to suit the audience demographic.

Each course program content may vary relative to attendee demographics.  Some topics may only be covered in brief or excluded if not relevant to the audience demographic. Whereas other topics may be covered in more detail where need be and relative to the audience demographic.

These programs mainly cover ISO tanks for non-dangerous goods and UN Portable T Code T11 tanks, T0-T14 T Code tanks. Other tank types such as T20-T22 are only briefly covered, and in-depth training of T50, T75 tanks and special tanks are mostly excluded.

Payment Terms

Payment Terms

Interactive 3D Training Assets and Tools Subscriptions are paid upfront and on per annum basis.  Subscription renewal payments should be received to our account before subscription expiry to avoid disruption of these services. A renewal notification will be sent within 30 days prior to expiry of a subscription. 

Personalised Branding Fees: Interactive 3D Training asset branding, platform branding and customisation fees are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise. 

Training course fees are to be paid upfront before commencement of the course unless agreed otherwise. Booking of a course guarantee requires that the course fee in full should be received into our account no later than five days before commencement of the course. Failure to receive payment before commencement of the course within the five days before commencement may result in postponement or cancelation of the course.

All bank transfer fees are to be borne by the client and full fee amount as charged should be received to our account. Any shortfall of the full fee payment due to bank fee chargers or other reasons shall be submitted before commencement of the course. 

Full refund of course fees will be credited due to any unforeseen reason the course is not able to commence from our side. An administration fee of 10% of the course fee is chargeable for cancelation of a course within five days from course commencement. 

Published course fees quoted are for the course seminars only unless indicated or agreed otherwise.

Exclusions: Trasport, Accommodation, Meals, Up to date attendees copy of the IMDG Code.

Attending trainers, travel, meals, and accommodation expenses may be charged additionally.
